Any woman over age 18 who is registered as a family member of the Church of the Sacred Heart will be eligible for membership in this Auxiliary.

The regular dues shall be $20.00 per fiscal year (September to August).  If an individual becomes active during the course of a fiscal year, their dues will be prorated.  Dues must be paid by the October meeting for members to be considered active members of the Auxiliary.  The annual dues will be reviewed annually by the Executive Committee for adjustment if necessary.

The regular monthly meetings of the Auxiliary shall be held on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm in the Church of the Sacred Heart Parish Hall.  In the event of a change in the meeting or a special meeting is called, at a time and place to be determined by the President, the Corresponding Secretary will announce the meetings to all members. Fundraising Committee
The Fundraising Committee shall recommend projects to raise revenue for the Auxiliary. They should get the necessary approval from the rectory, present, coordinate, and facilitate projects.

Craft Committee
The Craft Committee shall plan crafts, decide the cost of the craft, arrange time and place to make the crafts, and collect materials to be used.

Sunshine Committee
The Sunshine Committee shall send Mass cards, fruit baskets, and special occasion cards to Auxiliary members when necessary.

Publicity Committee
The Publicity Committee shall generate articles for publication in various news media.

Membership Committee
The Membership Committee shall accept all applications for membership, hold membership drives to solicit new members, collect dues and take attendance.

Community Service Committee
The Community Service Committee shal plan projects and recruit people to help better the community.

Hospitality Committee
The Hospitality Committee shall act as hostesses at each meeting.

Program Committee
The Program Committee shall be responsible for arranging speakers, activities, and socials for the Auxiliary.
